For more than a decade, locals and through-passers alike enjoy this classic Travel Bug Hotel cache at the large and lovely Georgia visitors center and rest area on I-75 southbound. Over 3000 TBs have visited here since this old-school, historic, hunting-lodge-style TB hotel opened for business !
Feel free to trade regular stuff, or just snag the smiley if you don't have any TBs. If you do take 1 or more trackables, please leave the same number (or more!) and PLEASE be sure to record that you RETRIEVED the TB, so the owners don't worry about its whereabouts!
This is one of the largest and nicest rest areas in the whole big beautiful state of Georgia! (Yes, we might be a little biased!) There are walking trails, picnic tables, information about the history and agriculture (including wine!) of Georgia, and several Geocaches within easy strolling.
