You can park just a few feet from it.
This cache is in the west river bottoms west of Erie. In 1986 and 1991 (I think were the years). The Neosho River got out of its banks and this area had about 5 feet or so of water, it was cool looking, it looked like a huge lake. It is amazing how much damage water can do when it is running hard, it done some major damage to the levi's and the government had to come in and rebuild them. This is a log only cache and you need to bring your own writing utensil.
