TreePlanter: Went in by snowmobile, January 27th. It is a shame what they are doing to the forest in this area. Picked up some trash from the cache, what a mess. Didn't see my coin or the ammo box. Probably taken by tree cutters.

Geocache Description:

The End of the Trail!!

This cache is located just West of Evart, Michigan. Take the two track right off of US 10.

You will have a nice ride in the woods to get to this cache. I saw one deer and two hawks while placing this cache. It is a larger green ammo box in the woods. Larger items can be placed in this one. It is started with the Giant Traveling Foot Travel bug. Also, a first finders prize of some winning lotto tickets! (I hope.) There are a lot of good things to trade in the box, so please trade fairly. When placing the cache I heard a lot of forest noises and a tree falling down. But, I didn't see anything. It is kind of a creepy forest. Be sure and read the August 2004 log. Let people know your route and plans, in case you don't make it back out of here............

2005 note: The cache container is now a regular size one due to not many visitors out here. I will bring this large container down to my Kensington Park Cache.

End of 2007~ The Clear Cut has destroyed many of the trees in the area and Impaladave1963 has moved the ammo box to a new area for me. Thanks.
