Located in the Rowher Flat OHV Area on the 5N14 Trail in between Staging Area 1 & 2 at 3042'. This cache should be fairly easy to reach by Quad/Dirt Bike & a bit tiring by Foot. However the last 600 yards is a steep climb which can be climbed by Quad/Dirt Bike.Rowher Flat OHV Park is located off Sierra Highway at N34°30.012 W118°22.932
