Located in the Hamburg Town Park west of Merrill Rd and south of
M-36. Park at N 42 26.906, W 083 49.342, off Merrill Rd. The cache
is located about 0.4 miles down the paved trail, with the final few
feet off the gravel path.
We averaged these coordinates over 20 minutes on a clear day
with a 3D Differential GPS fix, WAAS enabled, so the coordinates
are good to 7 feet. Please replace the cache exactly in the same
spot to make it less frustrating for those who visit after you.
The park allows dogs on a leash, and has no entry fee. Bikes are
allowed on these trails, and the park is accessible from the
Lakeland Trail by following the access path south of the Merrill Rd
railroad crossing.
After you find the cache, continue down the trail to the
boardwalk and take in the view of the Huron River.
