A 2 kilometer loop hike on a trail our ancestors used 150 years ago. The Cache is above the trail. Looking below the trail could be dangerous.
Park at N 51 45.025 W 124 42.929 The trail is a two kilometer loop, with the second kilometer on a road back to your vehicle. Be sure to do the whole trail for the views. Look back to the north and you will see some of Sapeye Lake as well. The trail is part of the historical route to Butte Inlet. People were walking and riding this trail 150 years ago. The cache is a metal ammo box. At the time it was placed, it contained a first finder trinket, and fishing stuff - a box of flies, some line, a float, a couple of wobbler lures, a glo-stick and a 35 mm camera with film to record your catch, or the views, if you did not bring your own camera.
