A walk from the station through beautiful Totnes and out onto a riverside walk
The co-ordinates refer to Totnes station, a public transport access theme that appears to be developing with my (as yet few) caches. Opposite the car park you can see the creamery which is built around the pumping station built for Brunel's atmospheric railway, but never used for that purpose. See www.whoosh.care4free.net/brunel for further info. Also in this vicinity is the Dart Valley Steam Railway (www.southdevonrailway.org/). Well worth a look and a brief stroll over the Dart footbridge. In the main line station car park, you will need to look for the short stay car parking. The number of minutes you are allowed to stay should be read as AB minutes. The amount of the excess charge should be read as £CD. Stage two is N 50 25.(C+D)(2xA)(3xC)', W 003 40.(3xC)(C+D)'(C-A) which is a 15 minute walk into town to the area known as the Plains. There is a large hotel on the corner. The final stage can be found at N 50 25.(E-(F+G)))(F)(B)', W 003 40.(C)(F+G)(B)', where E is the number of stars in the hotel's name, F is the number of AA stars awarded and G the number of RAC stars awarded. There is then a pleasant 1.2kms approx walk, or a short drive to the car park at the end of the road and then a level dog friendly walk by the River Dart.

If you do not want to pay the £3 per day car parking charge at the station, arrive by train or you can use the car for the next one and a half stages (but you wil miss the best of Totnes with it's lovely shopping street, with it's arch, market and unusual shops and the fine Motte and Bailey castle).
