Geocache Description:

This cache is a regular sized sports water bottle. Located in a scenic, wooded/open-space park that provides a wide range of facilities for overnight campers and picnickers. There is an island with a 0.5 mile-long primitive trail.

Daly Park is on the northeastern shore of Lura Lake off County Road 191, about 4.5 miles southwest of Mapleton.

Lura Lake (1,263 acres)is a recently restored lake that contains crappies, sunfish, perch, northerns, walleye, bass, and bullheads. A fishing pier and dock are provided with a double-ramped boat landing.

If you check your gps you may find that there is another cache within this park so that you could make this a Daly Double.
