This micro is located at an open air museum called the Agricultural Heritage Museum in Boerne. They have lots of really interesting farm equipment, but sadly, most of it is sitting outside, exposed to the elements, and rusting away.
Still, it is an interesting place to wander around, especially if you have kids that have never been around this kind of stuff. It makes you appreciate how easy we have it these days and the hardships our fathers and grandfathers had to endure just to survive.
The sign out front says it is open only on weekends, but just drive past the fence and turn into the Boerne City Park parking lot. There is a walk in gate at the back, so you don't have to hop the fence.
