How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

A magnificient walk along a narrow ridge astride the Atlantic. Expect to take about half an hour to the cache. The route is secure, but because of the exposure in the latter section it is not recommended in windy or icy conditions

The walk-in starts with a gentle stroll along a woodland path, which has recently been upgraded by ECT to dry gravel and boardwalk. It opens out to coastal cliffs and scrub with abundant cranberries. Follow the well defined path along a rather exposed ridge to the cache.

The cache is a clear plastic jar with a blue lid placed in a cavity under a rock.

Unfortunately the original location had to be abandoned due to constant looting. Hope this location will last.

Once you find the cache, those who are nimble may proceed over the Neat Bit, to the ultimate Klondyke conclusion. Please don't try this in adverse conditions.
