The posted coordinates are for the parking lot. You will have to locate two plaques situated near the A.W. Perry Homestead Museum. If you arrive Wednesday through Saturday, between 10am to Noon, or 1pm to 5pm, you can take a self-guided tour of the homestead (but this is not required to complete the cache). No coordinates are provided for the plaques (you'll have to look for them), but they are within a short walk from the homestead, and you do not need to stray from the pathways to find them.
To determine the cache latitude, find the plaque for the Carrollton Time-Capsule. Now, turn 180° around. You should see two plaques, one on your left, and one in front of you. Go to the plaque that's in front of you. Find the first date (a 4-digit year) mentioned in the text. Subtract 1257 from that year, and enter that value as the decimal portion of the latitude.

To determine the cache longitude, find the commemorative plaque dedicated to Ollivene Patterson. Count the total number of letters in the name of the group which placed the plaque. Multiply that number by 10 and add 527, then enter the result as the decimal portion of the longitude.

The actual cache site will be a few minutes walk away. You will eventually need to go off the paved paths to reach the area.
Police patrol the area, so night-cache at your own risk.
