get to Jean NV, go east to stop sign turn south (right) follow this road till end turn right under freeway follow this dirt/gravel road east at all Y intersections take left fork stop at wooden cross (good place to park),we made it this far with 2wd but high clearance needed. follow caynon for about 1/2 mile.
follow caynon 1/2 mile to christmas mine (I hope,might be new year mine).Cache is not inside mine and would not suggest entering any abandoned mine. Cache is ammo can in it we placed pez's, stuffed animals,toy cars,gold dollar,xmas stuff and log book with pencil and pen.
