Lt617: I guess this cache has been trashed. It served its purpose well given its short existance.

IMPORTANT: Taking a travel bug from any cache constitutes accepting additional responsibilities besides just logging the cache. Please make sure you understand how to register bugs out of, and into caches before taking a Travel Bug from this, or any other, cache. When taking a bug, you should make sure you understand that particular bug's goals, and make sure you can help with that goal, BEFORE taking the bug. Thank You! This cache was created as a result of my facination with and interest in Travel Bugs. The purpose of this cache is to help Travel Bugs in this area, destined for far away places, hitch a ride with geocachers leaving town or passing through and, for Travel Bugs destined for this area to be easily dropped off. This cache is strategically located near the junction of a major state highway and the Interstate. This geocache is not intended to be particularly interesting, scenic, or difficult to find. It is however placed off the beaten path to preserve the integrity of the site.Since the purpose of this cache is to assit Travel Bugs it does not contain the usual geocache items. The original contents of this cache are a log book, several pens and its first bugs, "Applejack's Shoes", "Disk of Photos", "Charlie the Bear", "LaurieAnn01" and "Where's the Picnic." Please, only take a bug from this cache (or for that matter, any other cache), if you intend to assist it with reaching it's goal quickly. Taking a Travel Bug from one local cache to put it in another local cache doesn't usually help with the bug's goal. Always register that you have a travel bug RIGHT AWAY, so that other geocachers know that it's not in the cache anymore (and don't waste time coming to get it). If there is a bug here that you can help reach it's goal, then please come grab it and do so. You do NOT need to leave a bug in order to take one. Please do NOT take more than one Travel Bug unless you leave additional bugs for others. The cache is a standard Army ammo can. It is concealed by a tree limb and some bark to protect it from people passing by. Please take care to adequately re-hide this cache after finding it. Please feel free to find and log this cache even if you do not wish to take on the responsibility of a Travel Bug.
