Green Bay Road, a popular north-south road in eastern Wisconsin, has an interesting history dating back almost 170 years.
This cache, a well-cammoflaged micro, is hidden in the little park-like area behind an inconspicuous roadside historical marker which describes a bit of the history of the adjacent highway. The cache is a very well-cammoflaged film container, containing only the log and a couple of pencils.
Here's a free hint: If your GPSr has a "lock to road" function, make sure you have that turned off. When I first placed the cache and set the coordinates in my GPSr, I was instantly transported 150 feet away to the west even though I was standing over the cache. Once I shut the "lock to road" off though, I was fine.
The hint below drops the difficulty down to about a 2.5.
Enjoy the hunt!
