Below is a modified Battleship game board which consists of a 5X5 grid. Hidden on the grid are 3 boats, all of which are the ever elusive "2 holed" PT Boats, Named PT-1, PT-2, and PT-3. To find the coordinates of the battleship (final cache), you must first locate these 3 PT Boats. Once they are located, you will have to do some slight calculations to obtain the coordinates of the final cache.
To fire a shot, simply visit the location of one of the 25 virtual type targets. There are no cache containers at any of these locations. Any that are behind fences or that are off limits for other reasons can be viewed and verified from a distance. Determine if the answer to the question for that location is true or false. If the answer is true, it is a "hit"; if the answer is false it is a "miss". There is no need to go to all 25 locations, but you will need to find all 3 PT boats in order to obtain coordinates for the final cache.
I am greatly indebted to brdad for both the inspiration and the template which he has graciously permitted me to use for this cache. You may visit his "You Sank My Battleship!" cache here.

On the grid, North is "up".
PT-2 is not traveling the same direction as PT-3
PT-2 is more east than PT-1.
All PT boats are either heading north or east.
For translating rows to numbers, A=6; B=7; C=8; D=9; E=0.
The front portion of a PT boat represents the columns (numbers 1-5).
The rear portion of a PT boat represents the rows (numbers 6-0).
Latitude: N 49 (PT-3 rear)(PT-1 front).(PT-3 rear)(PT-3 rear)(PT-1 front)
Longitude: W 122 (PT-2 front)(8).(PT-2 rear)(PT-2 front)(PT-1 rear)
The final cache is in a 7.1L ammo box hidden just off a wooded trail in South Surrey. Please rehide the cache exactly as it was found and be careful about being seen as these trails are often visited by dog walkers and other non-cachers out for some fresh air.
Revision: April 3,2004: (skip this and go directly to Revision April 12, 2008)
The original cache location was destroyed in early 2004 due to some major park maintenance. A new cache was placed southwest of the original location. To find the new location, use the calculations above to determine the original location, then:
Subtract 0.050 from the latitude minutes
Then add 0.043 to the longitude minutes
Revision: September 9, 2007:
Due to construction, square A3 is no longer valid. Edit Apr. 12, 2008 - A3 has been corrected.
Revision: April 12, 2008:
Once again, I have had to move the final Battleship location, due to land use restrictions. To find the new location, use the calculations above to determine the original cache location, then:
Subtract 1.360 from the latitude minutes
And subtract 0.003 from the longitude minutes
Cache is now a 16dr camo'd prescription vial.
