We hid this cache during a Humble Family reunion hike. We had 6 yr old kids and 69 year old grandparents. Most of the hike is flat but the last 300 yards are more challenging. Everyone made it just fine but bring lots of water!
This cache is located on a trail that starts at the San Pedro House, 8 miles east of Sierra Vista, AZ. There is a very nice bookstore and incredibly large cottonwood tree near the parking area. There are also restrooms and picnic tables.
The cache is a 4"x5"x3" olive green plastic box we got at an army surplus store. It originally contained:
Mini-carabiner
Mini-knife
Toy car
Pokemon eraser
Bones keychain
Wombats patch
Logbook and pencils
It might help to be part mountain goat for the last 300 yards.
