I was originally going to put this one in a spot requiring a Tott.
You will need a Tott, but instead of a pole, perhaps your totts include good boots and maybe a rope.
That said, I did it in crocs... Not recommended.
It is very steep. But at the bottom, is a magnificent spot at a creek.
The cache is not right at the creek, as it becomes slippery and steep on the lower section of the descent. Juno was watching a rock roll down the hill thinking "Not even I would go there".
This is the most challenging cache, in terms of terrain, that I have put in the Red Peak estate to date.

Someone (😜) has put a couple of ropes down. Use these at your own risk.
The cache is between the end of the first rope and the beginning of the second.
