It has become an annual maintenance trip for these caches along the North Branch of the Potomac. About three years back, we placed a few more caches along this stretch. Over the last few trips, we've noticed that there are still several spots that could host caches. This was one of them. It's the closest island to the put-in. Since I sequentially listed the other caches, I didn't want to have to rename them all so I went all fractional. As with the rest of these caches along this beautiful stretch of the North Branch of the Potomac, they are bison tubes hung in trees, hopefully above the flood line. This seemed like an obvious place so I hope it's not too difficult of a find.
Oh, and Beans the Wonder Dog joined us on this trip. She was really well behaved after figuring out what we were doing. The background is a pic of her and my friend, Andy.
I was disappointed to have to archive North Branch #9: L-L-Love when the tree on which it hung was found down and out in the river with no obvious places nearby for a repalcement. So, I chose another song from the same artist. This is from their debut album when they were still called Astaire. This one is called Weightless.
