Feel Like a Kid Again!
As a kid, I could always be found in the woods climbing a tree. I used to climb up into trees and just sit and read or watch what was going on around me. As an adult, it is still hard to pass up a good climbing tree. Throughout my caching adventures, some of my favorite finds are ones that require you to climb to make the find. So when the youngest pup and I came across a tree that basically begged to be climbed, I knew that I had to hide a cache!
Please be careful as you go for the cache. The tree looks just like a ladder and is right by the trail, but you will have to make the climb. The cache is tied off with orange paracord to make it a little bit easier to spot, but that might be the only easy part! Once you make the climb, the cache is hidden in a spot that allows you to relax your body and not feel like you are holding on with one hand and trying to open a cache with the other. Definitely able to use both hands to make the grab. Be careful with the cache as the lid is attached to the tree.
