This is a lovely walk out to Dodman Point. There are some lovely views along this walk, whether walking to Dodman Point, or walking back towards Lamledra, and seeing St Austell Bay, the Gribbin and beyond.
I enjoy this walk on quiet days, it will be busy during peak seasons, on warm days and sometimes on a winters day when the sun is shining.
There may be cattle or sheep grazing in the fields, so please keep dogs on a leash if this is the case.
Please keep children and animals supervised along the coastpath. It is full of trip hazards, can be very muddy at times, and I would suggest sturdy footwear all year round.
There is no need to cause any damage when looking for the cache.
Parking points available in waypoints sections. Both are National trust owned, so members are free but non members have to pay.
The cache has been placed with the kind permission of the National Trust. Thanks to the Rangers for permission.
