Ever wonder what words were used to describe clockwise and counter-clockwise before clocks were invented? Look at the title for the answer.
The puzzle can be solved by going deosil or widdershins filling in words based on the clues much like a crossword. The answer words are semordnilap-s (palindromes spelled backwards). Semordnilaps are sort of like a palindrome but the reverse is not the same word but another valid word. When finished, use the first letter of each clockwise word to get the Certitude answer.
