This cache is hidden close to a trail in Lorne Henderson Conservation Area. This section of the trail system does require crossing one or more dams which may become flooded after heavy rainfall - so be prepared.
Vehicular access is restricted during the winter season (November – May) and washroom facilities are closed. Parking is available at the main gate.
This cache celebrates the history of geocaching and the only surviving contents of the first geocache - a can of beans. These days we don't allow food in geocaches but the next best thing was this container that holds just a log book - sorry no videos, books, money or slingshots which were the other contents of the first cache.
