CacheAbels: This cache seems to be MIA. This is a very busy park and the cover at this location has diminished with the season. This is a very nice park, and we are planning to replace this cache with a micro-cache in another area of the park. Sorry for the inconvinience that you may have experienced looking for it.

Geocache Description:

A city park on the lake

This cache was intended as a break for traveler's on I-10. It is located in a senic park . There are restroom facilities, a super playground for the kiddies, and a war memorial that includes a real M-60 tank for us ex-army guys. The cache is in a clear plastic jar with a red screw top. Use descretion when retrieving or replacing the cache because there are many non-cachers using the park. The cache originally contains a travel bug.
