Our ELEVENTH Geocaching Anniversary is coming up and we knew we needed to do something WOW to celebrate. What better way is there to honor the day, than by inviting our Geo-Pals into our home for an escape room challenge? We love escape rooms! We've done around 70 or so at professional companies, around a dozen at-home box games, several escape rooms at Mega events, and J has even hosted one at their work. We've discussed how much fun it would be to have one in our house for our friends, and this just seems like a great opportunity that we don't want to pass up.
So what sort of escape room would geocachers plan in their home? Here's the challenge -
Your favorite local reviewer has just published a cache! It's in a nearby park that closes in 30 minutes and you can't find your car keys! Follow the clues to find the missing keys before time runs out and you may just earn the FTF on that log!
I know, I know - you can't log an FTF on an event, but you CAN join us for a hillarious evening of shenanigans and tomfoolery.
The escape room will acomodate teams of 2 to 8 players. Log your will attend now with your team, or be prepared to partner up with others once you arrive. We will have time to run the game three times during the alloted time window.
This event will occur inside our home. You will have access to a restroom. Drinks and snacks will be provided, and you are welcome to bring your own refreshments if you choose.
