The Manistee River Trail

Generally known as the East North Country Trail Loop or Spur

This trail could be challenging for the beginner hiker, as it contains multiple terrain changes and some steep inclines.

This trail could be considered moderate for more advanced hikers because most inclines are gradual.

The NCT is administered by the National Park Service, managed by federal, state, and local agencies, and built and maintained primarily by the volunteers of the North Country Trail Association (NCTA) and its partners. Permission is given to place and find geocaches alontg this trail. Please, remember to CITO (cache in, trash out).
