Yacht is the first word I use in Wordle every time. It's also something I have to write three different times before I get it right.
Anywho, the original entrance to the farm/plantation/community was right where you are standing. Years ago the original entrance markers were carefully torn down and rebuilt to allow for two way traffic into this wonderfully eclectic neighborhood.
