This is a "field puzzle". In order to solve this puzzle, you must complete the nearby Adventure Lab ("Union City Tour"). In order to do this, you must install the "Adventure Lab" app. on your device, visit the 5 locations seen on the app., and log the correct answer code at each of the 5 locations. (NOTE: Each of the correct answers entered will add a find to your geocaching statistics!) While logging these answers, you will get the answer to a letter with every adventure stop that you complete. Finish the adventure and you will have the five answers to plug in to get the final coordinates:

You can make notes as you're going along or the answers can easily be called up on the app after you have completed the adventure.
