In honor of the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon show that we watched as a child. Dudley Do-Right romantically pursued Nell Fenwick, daughter of Inspector Fenwick, head of the Mountie station. However, a running gag throughout the series was Nell's interest in his horse (called Horse), to the point that she scarcely noticed Dudley's interest.
Cache is hidden within enclosed guardrail on ONE WAY, south to north alley/street. Best to enter alley from 4th street behind CVS location. Small swag items may be exchanged. Muggles plentifull!!!
