Geocache Description:

19 March 2023, 14:00 - 16:00

This is the next in a bi-monthly series of puzzle solving events. Each time, we'll focus on solving a few specific unknown caches.

Suggestions of which caches to focus on are more than welcome! When you log your will attend, please suggest one (or two, or a type of puzzle) that's been stumping you. I'll keep track of the list, and anything unsolved at this event can roll forward to the next one.

The puzzles we will focus on this time are:

GC8G25F - Chief's Christmas Cache Mystery Cache

GC4HP37 - Everything I Say is a LIE! (near MOGA)

GC9DHND - When is Cleveland Going to Get There? (on the way to Ohio Geoclash)

GCPGQ0 - Axing Jackson

If we have time after pondering these, we will look at some of the puzzles that were handed out at An Education in Puzzles: Part 1 last month.

If you've solved any of these and can help lead the rest of us to a solution, we'd love your hints and guidance!

The puzzles that geocachers create are one of my favorite parts of this hobby - that AHA moment is the best! But some of them are DOOZIES, and elude me no matter how many times I've revisited them. The best solution I've found for puzzles that are stumpers is a friend, or two, or ten, who look at life from a different angle.

We'll gather again in the meeting room at the Yellow Springs Community Library at 415 Xenia Avenue. There is free wifi in the building, so feel free to bring a laptop if you'd like to have such tools at your fingertips for solving. Greene County Library Card holders could also check out a laptop once we're there.
