Trail #19: The Southfork trail is 6.0 miles long. It begins at the Southfork Campground just west of Bonito Lake and ends at the junction of the Crest (T25) and Bluefront (T33) trails. The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking, Horseback Riding
This area was devastated by Little Bear Fire in 2012. It has recently been reopened for camping, equestrian and hiking. There is no charge for hiking or equestrian; $10 charge for camping per night. The trail has been cleared for 1.5 miles, is an easy trail with incredible views. Oh ya and your feet will get wet !
