Geocache Description:

Take a trip down the Old Abe State Trail to find Snow White and all 7 Dwarfs. At this stop you will be searching for Bashful.

The Old Abe State Trail is a paved 20-mile trail connects Lake Wissota State Park and Brunet Island State Park. The trail is free to walk, but biking will require a Wisconsin state trail pass. Trail is open 6am - 11pm year round.

The trail follows an abondoned railroad and offers views of the Chippewa River. Keep your eyes open, you may even see an abondoned dwarf mine!

This series was placed for the Wisconsin Geocaching Association's 2022 Spring Picnic.

Please leave the namesake character in the cache, but feel free to pick up or trade for some mined treasures if still available in the cache.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Matt Hansen, County Forest Administrator & Public Liaison, Chippewa County Land Conservation & Forest Management.
