I decided it was about time for another Geocaching Event / Catch Up . It is always fun chatting to other cachers who share the same passion !
And while I was exploring the North Shore recently I found this lovely beach that would be perfect !
Handy for North Shore Cachers ...and only about half an hour for Westies to get there !
I have made the co ordinates at a table and chair set...plus there are several more nearby or bring a folding chair...big shady trees close by.
Handy playground ....and I checked the toilets...very clean !
As it will be over lunchtime ; please feel free to bring your own Picnic lunch ...thermos...cold drinks , fruit or what have you.
Hopefully you can find parking nearby....
Being in the Easter weekend I might even bring some Easter Eggs !

This Geocaching event has been published under the red traffic light system it does require vaccine passes to be shown.
The Traffic Light system applicable to Geocaching is displayed here: (on the Wiki groundspeak - New Zealand site) which are in line with the Ministry of Health rules.
Geocaching events are classed as Social Gatherings and depending on which Traffic Light is operating, restrictions may apply.
So here are some of the rules to keep us all safe:
You will be required to show your vaccine pass.
Stay home if ill, or been asked to isolate.
Please scan QR codes.
Wear your face mask.
Wash your hands (hand sanitizer will be available at the event and there are public restrooms nearby).
