This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates- but is within a couple miles somewhere in East Portland. To find it, you will have to downoad this Wherigo cartridge, which was created by Waldmeister.
You can begin the hunt from anywhere in the world. When you first open the cartridge, you will have to input this code:

Each time you check the "Reverse Cache Box", it will tell you how far away the cache is, but not which direction to go. Check the box, then adjust your location accordinly and check again. Repeat until the cache is in hand! Feel free to brag about your statistics (# of times you checked the box) in your log, but please no cache spoilers.
Once you have completed this cache, the reverse cache cartridge will give you the option to create your own reverse wherigo. It's pretty fun!
