Etching Hill is located on the edge of Cannock Chase.
The area is a Site of Biological Importance and the mount is a Regionally Important Geological Site.
The paths climb steeply towards the summit of Etching Hill, famous for its panoramic views and sandstone outcrop.

The View from the summit
The hill is managed, on behalf of the people of Rugeley, by a Charitable Trust, with help from The Friends of Etchinghill, a group of volunteers.
