Geocache Description:

Welcome to the park at City Hall. There is a community garden, a statue celebrating the love of two people, and lots of seating. Helena Gutteridge Plaza is also in this park and was named after the first woman elected to Vancouver City Council. It's accessible by the north side of City Hall at Yukon St and 11th Ave. There's lots of seating, and ping-pong tables and you can even grab some paddles from the City Hall info desk for a quick game.

Located on the west side of the Helena Gutteridge Plaza, there is a Japanese garden called the Manzo Nagano Garden. This garden was named after Manzo Nagano, who was the first known Japanese immigrant to arrive in Canada in 1877.

This cache can be found in the green space right behind the Broadway City Hall Skytrain station. It is also near the 99 bus route. Not too far from a bench where you can contemplate the nearby statue. Only look at hiding spaces above waist height.

Please do not post spoilers or photos of the cache, or they will be deleted!

This geocache is located on the traditional unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
