Try to avoid 6:00am & 6:00pm or you'll get caught up in shift-change traffic.
The "CLOSED" sign indicates that the road does not go all the way through to the Leichhardt Highway as it used to. This cache is beside a public road, and there is a boomgate when the road is no longer accessible by the public.
If you drive around a little further than the cache you will get a good glimpse at the mine's coal handling preparation plant (the "wash plant") and the coal reclaimers. The reclaimers are used to remove the coal from the piles you see, to put them back onto the conveyor belts, usually to transport it to the coal train load facility.
The cache is closed to where the conveyor goes directly over the turn-off, and then under the Dawson Highway.
This cache has plenty of room for swaps, and a token for the FTF.
