Geocache Description:

For over 200 years, the Anderson Ferry has transported horses, carriages, families and vehicles across the mighty Ohio River. The first Ferry was made of wood and the paddlewheels turned as horses walked along a treadmill.

You are looking for a black plastic film container.

The terrain is level, and you can park within 30' of the cache, although it does get somewhat muddy after a heavy rain.

If time allows, take a ferry ride to Kentucky, and enjoy the scenery as you cache along the mighty Ohio River in the Bluegrass State!!!

If you like the location, please make it a favorite.
