Victory Park is just a small piece of land in Martinsville dedicated in 1946. At one points there was plans to make a small Veterans Memorial here but it never happened due to location. Now it's just a small park kids play in and people walk their dogs.
There's no real parking and there's lots of traffic, so this one is a bit hard to be stealthy for! Good luck. The container is a small bison tube.
