This is the second in a series of three caches along this first row of hills in the southwest Las Vegas Valley.
As with the others, I wanted to share a place or a view that is rapidly changing.
I started jogging to this canyon seven years ago. After passing Spanish Hills there was nothing but the power line.
I suggest 4x4 or at least high clearance for the roads leading to this cache. Others have driven to the where the canyon ends but I advise that you walk up from the hill above the wash.
The cache is a small (3.5x10x6.5) ammo can painted black with geocache info on the lid.
This cache was originally Pez themed, but feel fee to leave what ever items you have with you.
I don't rcommend taking children the last 100' or so. Caution must be used when illegal shooters are using the area.
