rurbonas and I were in this area exploring Dec. 27th, 2020. As we were wondering, I found the perfect location to hide a future cache. But, I looked up and what did I see? A cute little birdhouse geocache (see pic)! It was yet to be published, but we signed as FTF, hoping that it would be published soon.
Fast forward to now... still nothing published on the cute birdhouse cache. Taking advantage of the free space, I headed out to hide a cache in honour of rurbonas's streak. How on earth he has found one cache a day for what will soon be 8 years (Aug. 1st, 2021) is beyond me. Blizzard? Can't drive? He walked to caches close to home (saved for this reason). Sick as a dog? Heads out for a cache. Hot? Cold? Rain? Snow? Ticks? Heads out for a cache. You get the idea.
Congratulations on 8 years, rurbonas! That's 2923 days in a row with leap years, folks.
