A Colourful Puzzle
The Background
As the 2021 Spring lockdown was coming to an end I had started getting back in to trying to solve some of those puzzles near me that had no smiley from me. There’s a nice feeling when you get that green light on something that you’ve been looking at for ages. In addition to that, I was trying to help brownes_associate through some of the basics of puzzle caches – I had lent a book and pointed her in the direction of some puzzles, that I had solved, that use some of the basic puzzle solving techniques. I’m enjoying seeing someone else building up an arsenal of methods to use when faced with a puzzle.
Whether it’s words, pictures, codes, ciphers, colours, numbers, steganography, EXIF, pattern recognition – when it comes down it you’re often looking for ways to get back to some usable Coordinates usually in the format of degrees and decimal minutes – N?? ??.??? & W??? ??.??? (other coordinate notations are available too).
So here follows a puzzle – how do you get numbers from this?
