The Free Dictionary by Farlex says that the phrase "don't have a cow" means "don't get upset" and uses the example: "Don't have a cow—I'm sure we'll find a solution to this problem."
You'll find this geocache without too much trouble, so don't have a cow...or maybe just go ahead and have one when you finally get your hands on this little guy!
