QT.Coon's Pirates Lost Cannon & Cannon Ball

My daughter and QT.Coon wanted to create some fantastic Pirate themed caches for all children and adults to enjoy.
If this is your FIRST time Geocaching, please make sure you read the GEOCACHING 101 RULES.
We created a cache, which resembles a Pirateâs Cannon & Cannon Ball.
This is a simple park-and-grab hide or a walk through a pleasant trail with a "twist".
This is a great cache for parents to take their kids out which we hope will not only give them some wonderful memories, it may also help get them in the spirit of Geocaching. Make it a wonderful afternoon adventure and locate all of QT.Coonâs Pirate Geocache Hides using this LIST finishing at a playground!
Watch for muggles! This is an extremely busy walkway. Get to the cache, sign the log and put the cache back without anyone seeing you!Â
Oh, bye the way... things are NOT always what they seem and once you locate the cache at Ground Zero (GZ) you will have to figure out how to get to the actual cache which contains the log book!

Please bring a pen to sign log book. There is a small space for tradeables in the cache.

The Story of QT.Coon's Pirates Lost Cannon & Cannon Ball

A long, long time ago, when Newmarket was very young and just starting, pirates made their way through this area and stopped to take a rest. They brought with them their ships cannons to protect themselves and also hid a PIRATE CHEST which can be found from QT.Coon Legendary Lost Pirate Treasure Chest Geocache because they didnât want anybody to steal it.
The pirates made a big mess by cutting and destroying trees, stealing animals and stuff from the town people.
The people living in the Town of Newmarket wanted the pirates to leave and then one night everybody worked together to chase them away!
Because the pirates were chased away so quickly by the town people, the pirates dropped and left some things behind!
The town people found the Pirates Cannon and cannon ball and hid them it so that the Pirates could not use it to hurt any more people!
