TEESSIDE PARK
Teesside Park is a retail and leisure park in Thornaby on Tees, built in 1998. Located just off the A66 near the A66/A19 interchange, on the site of the old Middlesbrough race course. hence all the roads in Teesside Park being named after famous race coures in the country. It consists of two parts, a retail park and a leisure park which is separated by the old River Tees, which runs down the middle of the development, forming a boundary between the retail and leisure parks. The development has an eyecatching central building which was constructed in 2008.

From here you follow the black path running alonside the busy A19. After cache no.4 you retrace your steps and cross over the A19 by the footbridge, where you will find a further 2 caches. From there you cross the very busy roundabout, caution advised, and pick up the footpath which runs alongside the A66. This leads to the war memorial at Thornaby, on Acklam Road and leads back to the car park.
