Geocache Description:

THE CACHE

Narellan Urban Forest, also known as Elyard Reserve lies across from the Town Centre and is nestled between Narellan Library and the premises of the Shed Company. The reserve is quite a long and narrow strip of land with a range of playground equipment for the junior cachers, picnic shelters, a water bubbler and some lovely old gumtrees which see a variety of birdlife inhabit the park - there's always lots of feathers scattered throughout the grass. A footbridge connects the reserve to the library parking lot. The library itself has some beautiful murals by artist Mandy Salter which were added in 2018 (check them out if you have time). In addition to the library art, there is a beautiful mosaic bench in the park which is worthwhile checking out also, photo included below.

You are looking for a well camoflaged 180ml clip and lock container. Please refer to the hint if you are having trouble as this should help narrow it down. There is only minimal room for a couple of small swaps and possibly a TB and when hidden I have included a couple of small pieces of SWAG for the Geo Kids. Trade fairly and enjoy!

Although set a little back from the the playground, you are likely to still be visible, therefore stealth will be required. Please ensure to replace the cache back as you found it and cover with some camo once done.

THE SERIES - EXPLORE MACARTHUR

Anyone who knows me well enough knows I absolutely love exploring and adventuring - one of my favourite things to do is discover new places! And this is one of the things I love about Geocaching and Orienteering, which is another pastime of mine! For some time now, I have been thinking about creating a family friendly cache series around Macarthur which will allow other cachers to explore some nice spots in our area and find a cache while playing with their kids or catching up with their family and friends. Or just enjoy while out for a walk or a caching adventure perhaps! Whatever brings you here, I hope you enjoy! Wherever possible, I intend to hide containers which are small or above in size so that SWAG can be included for the Geo Kids.

Feedback is welcome via message :-)

Cheers, Meritonnn.
