I've always loved Nosehill; 27 years ago it was mostly mountain biking. Then, furry kids came along and needed to be walked. Finally, my two younger surrendermonkeys were born and we continue to walk the furry kids, explore, enjoy animal sightings, and cache, of course!
I've seen many deer bedded down in the bush and long grasses lining this small little cut, running down the North West "front side" of Nose Hill. I've always liked this path as it reminds me of a tunnel through the trees.
A few weeks ago we were out and as a family decided that this would be a great location to place our second cache; this one a "family oriented" one.
As you walk up or down this little coulee, enjoy the quiet, and maybe you'll see a deer bedded down on the western slopes
