Geocache Description:

Phoenix series

This series of caches are the revival and rebirth of some of the many caches that have been archived from the North Drove, The Inbetweeners and Monkeying around Tickenham that were Placed by treboryetsna.

Having Adopted these great sets of caches with lovely walks from treboryetsna it is my intension to replace as many of the lost caches as possible and to try to keep the original themes and locations but some of the locations are not possible and new one’s will be found.

Following a Chainsaw Massacre Sid has relocated to a new location, see pic in log 16/3/22

This cache sadly no longer requires tree climbing.

The original CO had this cache go missing four times and so it was moved to a bit more of a challenging  location, BE CAREFUL Stealth may be needed as this lane gets a lot of farm traffic.

If you are lucky you may be able to park just past hump bridge on grass at side of road, but this cache is part of a circular route of 14 caches with parking at Tickenham church.

Tickenham is the most unfriendly town when it comes to parking there is just nowhere you can park.

Best option is a lovely walk from the church across the moor or get on your bike.

This area is Part of the Tickenham, Nailsea and Kenn moors Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) so please take care not to stray off the footpaths or damage any flora and fauna in the area.

Many thanks to Natural England for giving permission for the cache to be placed in a SSSI area.
