Willow Meadows is a deed-restricted neighborhood of 820 single-family homes developed by Joseph Meyer, Jr. in 1953. The community consists of four geographic sections: North, Central, South and West. It is located just outside the 610 corridor in the south west part of Houston. South Braeswood Boulevard, South Post Oak Road and, the Center Point right away/utility line outline the community. Willow Meadows is conveniently located with easy access to the Texas Medical Center, the Galleria, the Museum district, and downtown Houston.
