The Retreat Sportsman's Club is the home of the Retreat "World's Fair". In 2019, Retreat celebrated the 100th anniversary of the fair. The fair currently consists of a tractor pull, horse show, parade, chicken-que, and dance. In addition, the club facility is a popular spot for benefits, wedding dances, and banquets.
