This 5 cache series is themed for aviation enthusiasts and all are located around the Flagstaff Airport.
Runway numbers are the magnetic heading of the runway rounded to the nearest tenth and then the last number dropped. So runway 03 is a heading of 30degrees. Did you know a runway number can change over time? As the earth's magnetic field moves over time the runway heading can change just enough to be rounded up or down to the next tenth, thus runway 03 can become 04.

All these caches are located near trails or Forest Service Roads. You can park on Lake Mary Rd or at the airport and walk to all of them without too much difficulty. You can also drive a high clearance vehicle close to most of them if the Forest Roads are open. Finally you can ride a mountain bike too!
